Milling Steel Fiber High-strength Steel for Concrete Reinforcement and Shotcrete

Category:

Milled steel fiber is a high-performance fiber product made by steel ingot milling process with anchor ends at both ends and one side rough and the other side smooth.

The product has a wavy shape. The entire wave can greatly increase the contact area of the steel fiber in the concrete, making it easy to combine with the concrete, greatly improving the effectiveness of steel fiber concrete and improving the concrete’s crack resistance, tensile strength, and shear resistance.

It has high tensile strength, good toughness and dispersibility, and excellent adhesion to concrete.
The dosage is 30-80 kg;
Its aspect ratio is 34.3;
The ultimate tensile strength is 800 MPa; and its adhesion to cement mortar is 3.52 MPa.
The rough yet clean surface of milled steel fiber allows for a strong bond with the cement paste in concrete, which is the fundamental reason why milled steel fiber improves various concrete properties.
